Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is 14–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, peak periods or events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided after dispatch. The first carrier scan may take approximately 24–72 hours to appear.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@halwick.shop as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

Duties and taxes

Any duties, taxes or import charges shown at checkout will apply as displayed. Additional charges imposed by local authorities may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Missing or delayed orders

If tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimate, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
